Looking for a new guiding challenge? Interested in Singapore's built heritage enough to want to share it? Join PMB's docent training programme. Singapore has 61 larger-than-life "artifacts" that tell stories about Singapore's development and the important people behind those walls. Beginning February 2010, PMB (Preservations Monuments Board) will be starting a 13-week course for its first docent group. Docents will participate in a foundation course on Singapore's architecture and the built heritage's placement in our memory, history and heritage--a fun-filled week of field trips to the monuments and preparation for the trail.
